The Midareba is an eye-catching KOTO Wakizashi.
On the Mune side of the Tang is a signature that appears to be Kiritsuke-Mei.
The Scabbard has a Sayagaki, which reads:
"Late Muromachi period, around 1550, Mino Kanesada"
