 1. Sword is non-returnable. This is because a sword with a blade cannot be returned to Japan, so please take a closer look at the image and think about it. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance. Please purchase if you are satisfied.

2. Delivery is insured. In the unlikely event that the item is damaged or lost, the shipping company's compensation will be applied.
To apply the compensation, the purchaser must report the situation to a nearby post office by himself. Get the damage report.
It is a proof that the post office has been damaged and may take a month or two before compensation is applied.
Customers are responsible for the refund procedures for any incurred fees, such as customs duties.
Refunds will only be given if compensation is applied.

If the item is returned to Japan for any reason, such as refusal to accept the item, refusal to pay customs duties, incomplete address, storage period exceeded, or for any other reason, the item price cannot be refunded. If the package is stopped at customs or held at the post office, you will need to contact the authorities in your country to receive the package. If the tracking status is not updated at customs, no refund will be given.Even if the sword is returned to Japan, it may not clear customs. Even if it is successfully cleared, it will take a huge amount of time, administrative effort, and high fees. The necessary cost of $250 and the re-shipping fee will be borne by the customer,This is the cost for one sword. If you wish to re-send the item, you will have to bear those costs and it will take 3 to 6 months. To avoid this, please carefully check the tracking status when it arrives in your country.
