SECTION1 The product
1. Age is a guide. We do not guarantee the author or age except for those that come with a certificate. Repairs and parts replacement may have been performed so far.
2. If there is a pedestal, it is for shooting and is not included in the product.
3. Since we do not perform trial cutting, we cannot guarantee the sharpness of the blade.
4. The handle, Tsuba, scabbard, and other exteriors and parts may rattle,Also, fit cannot be explained in words and is subjective, so if that is important to you, please refrain from purchasing.
5. Please check the photo carefully. There may be scratches that are not shown in the photo, so thank you. If you have any parts you would like to see, please feel free to contact us as we will take additional pictures.
6. Item details are listed on the product page. No additional explanations will be provided beyond what is stated on the product page.Please also note that we do not provide translation services.
7.The first photo may be partially inverted or the lighting may have been adjusted for advertising purposes.
8.The age listed is for the blade and may not match the age of the exterior.
9.We do not intentionally hide scratches or defects. However, since we cannot show you the actual item, you need to judge the condition from the images. We can add photos if necessary. Also, due to the shooting environment, the colors in the photos may look different from what you see with the naked eye. Since scratches and defects are based on personal subjectivity, please refrain from purchasing if you cannot judge the condition yourself. Also, if you need a third party's opinion, please ask for a third party's opinion before purchasing.
10.We cannot answer any questions about the product after purchase. Please contact us before purchasing.
11.All swords and swords that we sell are works of art. They are not intended for use in Iaido or Tameshigiri. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents caused by our products.

SECTION2 Cancellation
1. As a general rule, you cannot cancel an order after it has been placed. This is because once the export process is started, it takes paperwork and costs to stop it. However, before the product is shipped, it is possible to cancel the order by paying a cancellation fee of 10% of the order amount. The following items cannot be cancelled: Items that have been polished, repaired, or modified after purchase, or items that have undergone Shinsa. Cancellation after shipment is not possible.If you cancel due to customer circumstances, we may refuse future orders. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
2.A 10% fee will be charged for cancellations other than swords.
3.If paying with PayPal, you cannot change the address or payment method after payment. This is because the fee is borne by the seller when canceling a paypal payment. Customers can change their address or payment method after payment by paying a 5% fee.

SECTION3 Sales
1. Sales target countries are limited. Please contact us if you cannot purchase from your country.
2. Since it is also sold at other stores, inventory is constantly changing. It may be out of stock at the time of purchase. In that case, we will cancel the order. Please note.

SECTION4 Shipping
1. When exporting swords from Japan, it takes about 25 to 60 days to apply for permission from the Japanese government,During busy periods it may take longer.
2. We will ship within 5 days after receiving the export permit. Shipping Items will be shipped by Japan Post or UPS. We will select the delivery company, so you will not be able to choose it. The delivery company is subject to change without notice. Depending on the shipping method, delivery to a P.O. box may not be possible. In such cases, we may ask you to change the delivery address.
3.If you select PayPal as your payment method, your address registered with PayPal must match the address you entered when placing your order. We cannot ship to addresses other than your address registered in PayPal.
4. If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped in one package. Conversely, we may not be able to ship them together. This decision is at the discretion of our company, so we may not be able to meet your request. Additionally, we cannot accept split shipments of orders due to customer convenience. 
5. In rare cases, the tracking status may not be updated after the package arrives in your country. In such cases, it is not possible to investigate from Japan. In that case, please contact the post office or customs office in your country.The same applies if your package is held up at customs in your country. Please make efforts to resolve the issue yourself. In particular, customs clearance at Spanish customs tends to take a long time.
6. After shipping, it will take some time to arrive. This is because customs inspections of swords can be strict.
The registration certificate cannot be taken out of Japan or attached. You can attach a copy.
7.It may be disassembled for shipping due to size restrictions on packaging.
8.Usually we deliver by airmail. However, swords are considered weapons by some countries and cannot be carried on planes. In that case, I will resend it by surface mail.
In rare cases, we may refuse to load the product and return it by sea, but in that case, we will refund the full amount as soon as the product is returned to us.
In addition, there is an upper limit to the insurance amount for surface mail, and the insurance may not cover the full amount. Please note. Surface mail may take several months to arrive.
9.Please open the package within 3 days after receiving the product and check that the contents are intact. Please do not throw away the package until confirmation is received. If your item is damaged or missing, you must create a damage report in the condition it was received in order to apply for compensation.
10.We will export the product as soon as it is ready for delivery, so we cannot store it at our company.
11.Postal services may be affected by various reasons, such as the current state of affairs in the world and circumstances in each country, and shipments and deliveries may be delayed. If this occurs, please be patient until your shipment or delivery is made.
12.The waybill will be written in English. Only alphabets, alphanumeric characters, and some symbols can be used, so please follow the notation of the address.

SECTION5 Tariffs and imports
1. Import duties, taxes and customs fees and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Before making a purchase, check with your country's customs office to find out what these additional costs will be. If you have any disputes regarding customs duties or import taxes, please contact your local customs office directly. Tax amounts are determined by your local customs office, not by us.
2. The price of the product will be listed on the customs declaration form, including shipping. We cannot adjust the price or mark the product as a gift. We will decide the product name and tariff code to be listed. If you have any preferences, please let us know before shipping.
3. Check for yourself if your country permits the import of swords. Check national and state laws.
4. Please prepare the documents necessary for customs clearance in your country by yourself. We cannot provide documents such as certificates of age or permits. We are also not responsible for the customs procedures in your country. Please complete the procedures yourself.
5. If you are charged any import fees, please pay them promptly. If you do not pay within the deadline, the item will be returned to Japan and various fees will be charged for the return shipping.
6. Please enter a valid email address when purchasing, as shipping companies and customs may contact you regarding your package and duties.

We own the copyrights to the photos, videos, and descriptions posted.
Therefore, you may not use it without permission.Purchasing any item does not include rights to the photos.
Please be sure to obtain our permission.
Fees may apply for commercial use.
If you use it without permission, we will charge you a fee.
The pages of the products you have purchased will no longer be available for viewing after a certain period of time. This is due to limitations in server capacity. If necessary, please save the pages by printing them out, etc.

SECTION7 Change order details
1.If you wish to change your payment method, address, billing address, etc., you must cancel your order.
