Two certificates are included for the blade and Koshirae. (NBTHK)
The Tang is signed with the date of production and the chrysanthemum crest (菊紋 / Kikumon), and states that the sword was made for dedication to a shrine.
The Kozuka, Fuchi, and Tsuba feature horses.

The Koshirae certificate reads as follows:
