Heavy NAGINATA-NAOSHI 薙刀直, Mino Senjuin 美濃千手院, KOTO Muromachi period
Mino Senjuin was a swordsmith active in Mino from the Nanboku-cho period to the Muromachi period, and his roots lie in Yamato Senjuin.
This work is a Naginata-Naoshi, and the current silhouette shows that it was originally a very large and heavy Naginata.
Tang still has traces of its days as Naginata, but there is some discoloration.
Comes with NBTHK Shinsa paper.
