Bashin 馬針, Kikumon Kaminariyoke 菊紋雷除, Edo period

The original purpose of the Bashin was to stimulate the horse's legs to relieve fatigue, but before long it was used as a sword, like the Kozuka or Kogai.
The blade and handle are one piece. Both sides of the blade are sharp.
